The Large and Flipchart versions are for single-sided printing.

with the booklets' modern dot-lists: doc, pdf;
or with traditional paragraghs: doc, pdf.
Covers printed on heavy card stock are nice for paperback and hardback booklets.  The paperback includes voting cards.
